Returns & Refunds Policy

At Millers Floral Design, we take great care to ensure every order is prepared and delivered to the highest standard.

Perishable Products

As our flowers and plants are perishable goods, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, no longer require the products, or are dissatisfied for reasons unrelated to product quality.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate the issue, we may ask you to provide photographs of the flowers or plants received.

Once we have assessed your claim and confirmed that the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item.
  • Exchange the item.
  • Provide a full or partial refund.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 2 working days of approval.

Customers will not be charged for any replacement or refund for products confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
